As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Your order will leave our warehouse within 72 hours of purchase (though we make our best effort to get it out on the same business day).
Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery (provided in your shipment confirmation email). Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered after it leaves our warehouse.
For all orders under $60, the shipping charge is $3.99. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60.
All orders (including Subscribe & Save) shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states will be charged a flat rate of $19.99 at checkout.
Please note, if your order qualifies, the free shipping rate will automatically apply to your order. Modifying your order during the checkout process may result in changes in shipping rate.
- We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
- If your package is deemed lost in transit or cannot be located, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we can further assist you
- Once an item ships we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier, USPS or Fedex, to change your address.
